Will Gov. Youngkin Protect the Right to Contraception?

Tell Gov. Youngkin Where You Stand

The Right to Use Contraception Act isn't complicated: The legislative language is just four sentences, and it would protect the right to basic contraception like condoms, the pill, and IUDs for all Virginians.

Governor Youngkin asked the legislature to remove protections for IUDs and birth control, and to make this a recommendation rather than law protecting the right to contraception.  But legislators rejected that effort to gut the bill, so Gov. Youngkin will be forced to approve or veto.

With over 35,000 of Virginia's faithful signing a prayer petition in support of the act and overwhelming popular support on both sides of the political aisle, Governor Youngkin needs to decide.

Take a minute today to call Governor Youngkin and encourage him to do the right thing.
